Project made in collaboration with the National Museum of Science and Technology Leonardo da Vinci in Milano, an exhibition of 700 square meters dedicated to food. Sfelab has designed two interactive installations. A play on food shelf, where the user must store the products in a pantry. An interactive table to experience the heat exchange between the cold and hot flow in the pasteurization process.
