16/04/15 — #FoodPeople, Museo Nazionale Scienza e Tecnologia

LA MOSTRA
Mercoledì 22 aprile il Museo Nazionale della Scienza apre gratuitamente le sue porte con un’Open Night dalle 18 alle 23 offrendo visite e attività nei suoi laboratori. Verrà inaugurata una grande mostra dedicata ai cambiamenti che hanno segnato il nostro modo di mangiare e alla complessità del sistema alimentare. Protagoniste sono le persone: ciascuno di noi nella sua relazione con il cibo. Condivisione, cambiamento, relazione e tecnologia sono le chiavi di lettura attraverso cui viene letto il tema di Expo 2015. Inaugurazione su invito alle ore 18.00, visita mostra dalle ore 20.00.

L'INSTALLAZIONE
Sfelab ha collaborato con il Museo per la progettazione e realizzazione della mostra. In particolare ha realizzato due isole interattive: una cucina e una macchina per la pastorizzazione.

05/10/14 — Serata conclusiva Festa del legno 2014

L'EVENTO
Domenica 5 ottobre 2014 alle ore 19.00, presso il nostro studio in via borgognone 12 a Cantù, avrà luogo la serata conclusiva della “Festa del legno”. Durante l'evento è prevista la presentazione dell’iniziativa “Food & Design” di Enaip. Saranno ospiti della serata lo chef Gualtiero Marchesi e il designer Massimo Facchinetti.

L'INSTALLAZIONE
Sfelab durante l'evento presenta "Il banco", un'installazione interattiva che unisce tradizione e nuove tecnologie.
"Il banco" è stato ideato per la mostra La Bottega realizzata nel 2012. In questa rivisitazione sono stati aggiunti alcuni oggetti che raccontano i progetti interattivi più significativi realizzati da Sfelab negli ultimi anni.

05/09/14 — The wand of the painter

THE SHOW
Sfelab has created interactive projections in the set design. Tommaso Nava participates, playing the part of the painter. His drawings, ​​live made, animate the scene of the show.
In the show are involved students from Cantu, Cuneo and Torino who attend primary and secondary school.
Sunday, September 7th at 21.00 at the Teatro San Teodoro in Cantu will stage "The wand of the painter": play of words, music and movement.

13/08/14 — GRASS SKI

THE PROJECT
The project of a new grass ski is possible due to the synergy of different companies with design and innovation experience. FandisLab, Sfelab, Stampytal and Stemar work together for a challenge launched by the Italian National Ski d'Erba. They want to promote a sport that is unknown to most. The new skis will have as an essential feature the safety for the athlete involved in the downhill.
In September 2014 the new product will be launched on the American platform Kickstarter.

THE GALLERY OF SENSES
Paper produced by Be Open and published by Mondadori in English language, released in major museums around the world.
This is a publication of great visual impact and strong communication that focuses on the meaning of senses in the contemporary world. A number of prominent thinkers speak and reflect on the nature and evolution of the senses.
"On the occasion of the project's launch, were exchanged many great ideas, the best of which are summarized in this publication. Leafing through the pages, I'm sure you will find many new and exciting ideas. Thoughts that I hope will evolve and will shape our future." (Elena Baturina).

Exhibition and sale of artworks inside the historic "Villa Sormani" located in Mariano Comense.

INEDITE ARTWORKS
Marco Brienza has participated in "Arte in Villa" with 7 new artworks designed and realized in collaboration with Rachele Moscatelli. The works were made with different techniques combined with photography: etching, aquatint, monotype.

EXCERPT FROM GIORNALE DI CANTU'
Sfelab: a name already heard last year for an art installation at the State University of Milan, stands out again this year, thanks to a new installation at the National Museum of Science. From March 28 Sfelab is in the Museum at the exhibition "Home. 175 years of innovations with P&G". "And how do you choose?" is the name of the interactive table made by Sfelab​​: a survey-game, in which users answer some questions, through physical contact, to find out the profile they belong to, as in a psychological test.

06/04/14 — Sfelab runs the "Milan City Marathon"

MILAN CITY MARATHON
Today Sfelab has run the Milan City Marathon to raise funds in support of the project "We feed the future for the children of Madagascar." The project, implemented by Change non-profit organization, has realized the construction of a health center in Madagascar on a plateau in the heart of the region of Itasy.
